In addition to regularly scheduled appointments in the office, Valley Eye Associates provides on-call coverage for eye emergencies. Emergency visits are performed at Valley Hospital or by special arrangement in our office.

We Are Preferred Providers (PPO) for the Following:
Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Blue Cross, Vision Service Plan (VSP), and Railroad Medicare.

As a courtesy to our patients, we bill all insurance for you, including:
GEHA Health Plan for Federal Employees - ( Effective August 15 2006 ) Veterans Administration (VA) with prior authorization, Tricare/Champus, Risk & Benefit Management Services (RBMS), Employee Benefit Management Services (EMBS), Alaska Food & Commercial Workers (AFCW), International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Alaska Laborers & Operating Engineers.

We Do Not Accept:
Davis Vision, Vision One, Eye Med, Agmor Corp, Coast to Coast or Spetrera.
